Our team provides free initial consultations to assess your concerns and advise on the best course of action.
Complete the callback request form below and one of our experienced assessors will be in touch within one business day. There is no obligation and no charge for this initial conversation. Common Questions
Is the initial assessment really free?
Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We visit your property, assess the visible damage, and provide honest advice about whether further investigation is needed. You are under no pressure to proceed.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all callback requests within one business day. For emergency situations where your property is at immediate risk, we prioritise our response and can often arrange same-day assessments.
What information should I have ready?
It helps if you can describe the symptoms you have noticed (cracks, sticking doors, etc.), when you first noticed them, and whether they seem to be getting worse. Photographs are very useful but not essential — we will take our own during the assessment.
Do I need to contact my insurer first?
You can contact us before or after your insurer — either way works. However, we recommend notifying your insurer as soon as possible, as most policies require prompt notification. We can guide you through the process.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Dorset including Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth, Dorchester, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ferndown, Bridport, Sherborne, and all surrounding towns and villages.
